Prior to the November 1 deadline, METRO will be convening leaders from the public library systems to develop shared goals in order to send the State Library a strong, cohesive, regional plan. Beginning on September 1st, METRO began contracting with Dr. Colin Rhinesmith as an advisor. Additionally, a METRO Board Subcommittee was formed in order to best use the expertise immediately available.
