This is the first of two sessions focused on closing the gap between those theories and the active practice of working with people. Each session includes an overview of theories, a demonstration of tools to and how to use them, time to engage in exercises and space to reflect on experiences. Part 1 looks at the six parts of emotional intelligence and the concepts of beliefs, values, and attitudes, and provides tips for how to examine your own beliefs and recognize them in action.
