Reporting to the Circulation Services Supervisor, the Reserves Library Technical Assistant manages and conducts all processes and services for course reserves and the media collection. In that role, they also provide excellent customer service and comprehensive, timely course reserve services for students and faculty on the Queens Campus, as well as the University's international presence on other campuses as needed. The Reserve Library Technical Assistant also provides all aspects of circulation services to patrons regularly in person and in a virtual environment.
