The Director of Library services is the administrative head of the Library and reports directly to the Board of Trustees, serves as staff to the Board, and is responsible for implementing policy, developing goals and objectives, supervising staff, administering the Library budget and directing day to day operations. Although reporting to the Library Board, the Director serves as an integral part of the City’s management team.
