LockedIn AI is hiring an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects across AI, engineering, and infrastructure teams. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and cross-team alignment for a platform serving 1M+ users.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT and engineering projects end-to-end
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, AI)
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Lead meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Improve project processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT project management or similar role
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with cloud, APIs, and modern tech stacks
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
