Usher in October at the spookiest bar in Queens whilst conjuring the enchanting collections of the Oskar Diethelm Library’s Witchcraft Collection. Nicole Topich will explain the connections between psychiatry, psychoanalysis, mesmerism, spiritualism, phrenology, and witchcraft, all of which are topics contained within Weill Cornell’s medical library collections. The Flying Fox Tavern is dressed for Halloween all year, but we are charmed to learn about their history during our favorite season.
