Spring 2026 ILL-SIG Meetup

In-Person

Please join us for our Spring 2026 METRO Interlibrary Loan Special Interest Group Meetup, being held in person at Elmer Holmes Bobst Library, NYU!

We will be holding a casual forum, leading with the topic of Accessibility in Resource Sharing Practices, in light of the upcoming April 2026 deadline for compliance with new ADA guidelines for digital accessibility.

Amanda Baker, Accessibility Librarian, NYU Libraries, will be joining us to speak briefly on her recent work collaborating with NYU’s Resource Sharing and Delivery Services. Previously the Research and Instruction Librarian at Sarah Lawrence College and an Assistant Branch Manager at Brooklyn Public Library, Amanda has been at NYU Libraries for nearly one year and brings a wealth of experience working with students, faculty, community members, and organizations.

We will also have a visit to NYU’s Resource Sharing and Delivery Services office space at Bobst Library.

Join us to catch up with ILL-SIG colleagues in person, participate in a timely discussion on Accessibility and Resource Sharing practices, and tour Bobst’s Resource Sharing space!

Light refreshments will be served.

Please note:

  • We have a no-recording policy
  • If you require an accommodation to attend, please let us know in the order form
  • Space is limited! If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your order asap so that we can open your spot to someone on the waitlist
