Our newly-renovated office at 599 11th Avenue is a state-of-the-art event and meeting space. We offer a variety of spaces at fair prices to suit any meeting, event, or workshop.

We’re situated just one block east of the Hudson River and directly across the street from Gotham Market West. Our 8th floor views offer a panoramic view of midtown New York, a great vantage point for a successful workshop, meeting, or event.

Renting Space at METRO

We offer spaces to meet a wide range of needs. From our 50-seat event space to our high-tech conference room, we can accomodate a wide range of workshops, meetings, receptions, performanes, and more.

Event Space

Overlooking the Intrepid, our main event space can seat up to 50 people. This space boasts a square footage of 1,150 feet and is adjacent to our newly-renovated shared kitchen and common space.

This space comes fully equipped with the following:
– DP E-Vision Laser 6500 Digital Projector (Ceiling Mounted)
– 133″ Motorized Projection Screen
– Savant SmartHost AV Control software
– Altona 4K/UHD Video Switcher
– Sonance Sonamp DSP Amplifier
– 11 Bowers and Wilkins ceiling mounted speakers
– 2 Sennheiser wireless handheld microphones
– 1 Sennheiser wireless lavalier microphone
– BARCO ClickShare CSE-200 Wireless Presentation system
– Blackout window shades and overhead sound baffling
– Wifi access

Rates for our event space are $300 per hour for non-members and $150 per hour for members.

Large Conference Room

Our large conference room comes fully equipped with the latest technology, so your meeting can be inclusive of your partners around the world. Overlooking Hell’s Kitchen to the north and Midtown to the east, our eighth floor views promise a productive group work space. This space currently seats up to 12 individuals.

This space comes fully equipped with the following:
– Epson Powerlite 1940W WXGA projector with HDMI input (Ceiling Mounted)
– 15.5’ x 9.5’ white board wall with markers and eraser
– Wifi access

Rates for our large conference room are $100 per hour for non-members and $50 per hour for members.

Small Conference Room

Our intimate conference room opens in our community lab space and seats 4. Like our large conference room, this space overlooks Hell’s Kitchen and Midtown. 

This space comes equipped with the following:
– Samsung 50″ LED 1080p Smart TV with HDMI input (wall mounted)
– 15.5’ x 9.5’ white board wall with markers and eraser
– Wifi access

Rates for our small conference room are $50 per hour for non-members and $25 per hour for members.

Combined Conference Room

Our large and small conference rooms can be combined to seat up to 18 individuals. Eighth floor views looking up the Hudson provide a great spot for high level work.

This space comes fully equipped with the following included technology:

– Samsung 50″ LED 1080p Smart TV with HDMI input (Wall Mounted)
– Two 3.25′ x 9.5′ white board panels with markers and eraser
– Wifi access

Rates for our event space are $150 per hour for non-members and $75 per hour for members.
