He is the creator of Skilltype – a professional development platform for the library and information science community. Zanders is also the inaugural entrepreneur in residence at the Boston University Libraries, where he provides executive counsel to the University Librarian during the academic strategic planning process while designing new approaches to recruitment, retention, and training.
