Part Time Children’s Services Librarian at the Larchmont Public Library
Would you like to join a children’s room staff that loves to do creative programming? Does the idea of working in a great community that appreciates the library appeal to you? Our service-oriented library is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly person to provide reader’s advisory services to children and caregivers, execute children’s programs and help with collection development.
Hours: 15 hours per week.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in library or information science from a program that is accredited by the American Library Association. Must have a New York State Public Librarian’s Professional Certificate.
Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 starting salary rate.
