DGI is seeking applicants for short- and long-term temporary part-time library project positions on-site at institutions in the metro NYC area. Hours may vary, depending on project needs, but include: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
Copy cataloging, item record creation, barcoding of materials in various formats. Other tasks as assigned.
Practical job-related experience with MARC records. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (work may be performed in the stacks area). Preferred: current MLS student or recent graduate (ALA accredited).
