Mobile Collection Development: How to Serve Your Users in the Mobile Era
Michael Santangelo from Book Ops will discuss two efforts to improve access to eBooks through Public Libraries: ReadersFirst and Library Simplified. Kelvin Watson will give a presentation on how Queens Borough Public Library developed a mobile app and tablet lending program. And Sarah Jewell from Rutgers University Libraries will discuss her experiences in establishing a mobile resources collection development policy.
