Circulation & Reserves SIG Meeting

Please join us for the next Circulation and Reserves Special Interest Group (SIG) meeting. We're looking forward to hearing lightning talks from our group members.

If you'd like to present, please contact SIG conveners Monique Prince (monique.prince [at] baruch [dot] cuny [dot] edu) and Nora Almeida (nora.almeida [at] baruch [dot] cuny [dot] edu) by Wednesday, October 29, 2014.

Here are a couple of topic ideas to help you get started:
1.)    Describe a change you/your department has implemented to address a problem or challenge in staffing, policy, or service. During your talk, describe the background of the problem, the change you made, and the outcomes.

2.)    Present on your current area of interest in professional development, whether it’s something you’re writing about or researching, a research project you’re planning, a site visit you’ve done, or outreach opportunities you’re exploring.
Kindly submit a brief proposal (about 100 words) describing your lightning talk idea by Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Monique and Nora look forward to reading your proposals.

All METRO's special interest group meetings are free of charge for METRO members and non-members alike. Walk-ins are welcome.
