Kwong Bor Ng (Ph.D) is a professor and the vice chair of the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies of Queens College, CUNY, where he teaches courses about Metadata, XML, Database Construction, and Web Programming. His recent book publications include: (1) Using XML: A How-to-do-it Manual and CD-ROM for Librarians (published by Neal-Schuman in 2007); (2) Collaborative Technologies and Applications for Interactive Information Design (co-edited with Scott Rummler, published by Information Science Reference in 2009) and (3) Digitization in the Real World  (co-edited with Jason Kucsma, published by Metro in 2010), and (4) Recent Developments in the Design, Construction, and Evaluation of Digital Libraries (co-edited with Colleen Cool, published by Premier Reference Source in 2013).
