Rob Favini is the OCLC Member Services Liaison for the U.S. Northeast Region where his focus is on outreach to OCLC member libraries. Prior to OCLC, Rob held various positions in public, academic, and special libraries. His duties have included Consultant, Dean of Libraries, Research Analyst and Reference Librarian. Rob holds an MLIS from Kent State University, and an MBA from Bentley University.

Join Rob Favini, OCLC Member Services Liaison, to learn about what's new at OCLC. Rob will review recent news and developments in cataloging and metadata, resource sharing, and discovery. He'll talk about the latest activity from OCLC Research, training, support, and how to make the most of your library's OCLC membership. In addition, the session will present highlights from a recent OCLC study exploring parents and alumni attitudes towards the library and its place on campus.
