The instructor will explain low-cost DIY techniques for designing custom boxes, folders, and enclosures; managing and monitoring storage rooms; explain various retrieval systems, and the importance of tagging critical collections in preparation for an emergency or disaster response. The webinar will also cover potential sources of grant funds for collections care. Even on a budget, organizations can use creative methods to create cost-efficient storage for these vital collections.
