Imagine Easy Solutions, the creators of EasyBib, invite you to a demonstration of EasyBib School Edition and their new product, ResearchReady on Thursday, February 28th at 4:30 PM.
With over 40 million users, EasyBib is the number one citation tool in the county. Used by schools in New York City and by NYU, our School Edition is an information literacy platform that teaches students website evaluation and helps prevent plagiarism.
After observing the behavior of our EasyBib users, we also saw a need for a tool that teaches students fundamental research skills. ResearchReady is an online platform that prepares students for college-level research and inquiry. The platform covers everything from defining a topic and accessing library resources, to citing sources and avoiding plagiarism.
EasyBib in-house librarians Emily Gover, a former academic librarian at Berry College, and Caity Selleck, a former research librarian and cataloger, will demonstrate the products and give a brief presentation on the studies and statistics that we use to shape our products.
