Alyson Swerdloff earned her Bachelor's degree in English from West Virginia University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the Palmer School of Long Island University.  In May 2012, after working for two years as an Information Specialist at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, a corporate law firm headquartered in New York City, she decided to switch industry gears and join the User Services team at McGraw-Hill Professional, where she provides training and troubleshooting services, and assists with product development based on user feedback.
