Answering Customer Questions: From Bibliocommons to Google

The databases that customers use to find materials and resources through NYPL are extensive.  In this session, IAs will learn how to think like a customer when searching for information in library databases, including Bibliocommons, and web resources such as Google.  They'll also learn how to translate traditional library terminology related to research and databases into the language that those coming to the library looking for information understand.
