High Quality Customer Service: What and Why

Working with the public can be a challenge and sometimes it's difficult to provide great service to difficult customers.  In this course, students will learn the principles of successful customer service, how to handle challenging customer situations, and ways that staff can work together to support library customer needs effectively.
