Update on Coordinated Collection Development Aid for METRO Members

Seventy-Three METRO academic libraries are now receiving a total of $681,831 in Coordinated Collection Development Aid (CCDA).  Notices have been sent to all participating institutions, and the checks will follow shortly.
Through this grant program, New York State financially recognizes the contributions these libraries make to state and regional resource sharing.  Participating libraries use the funds to improve their collections in different subject areas. METRO acts as liaison between the libraries and the state, handles the paperwork, and assists each library with the detailed application process.
Questions regarding CCDA should be directed to Robert Schmidt at 212.228.2320 ext 114.
