Library advocates across the Empire State will gather tomorrow for Advocacy Day, hosted by the New York State Library Association (NYLA). This year, advocates unite to work toward funding libraries at targets stipulated in Education Law. These efforts must start with the reinstatement of $4M for Library Aid that was not allocated in Governor Cuomo's budget this year.
If you have yet to show your support for New York's libraries, now is the time! Please consider contacting your representative through NYLA's handy petition, and share the message below with your friends, family, and colleagues.
