Does a professional without an online presence exist in the working world? Maybe more accurately, is it even possible to NOT have an online identity anymore? Even if you don't think you don't have an online presence or a need for one, chances are a quick vanity search in Google will show that you're online whether you want to be or not. Join us at METRO on October 13th for a short 3-hour workshop on how to take control of your online presence so people see what you want them to see when they go searching for you online. The workshop, led by Ellyssa Kroski, will examine how your web-based activities and profiles can shape your image. Ms. Kroski will discuss managing all aspects of your personal brand portfolio, as well as strategies for online branding success. She will also discuss the “what and how” of posting to social media websites, and the ways in which they impact how you are perceived online.
This workshop will take place from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at METRO: 57 East 11th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10003.
Registration fees: $35 members; $35 myMETRO; $60 non-members
