18th International Conference on Grey Literature: Leveraging Diversity in Grey Literature

The following event announcement is being shared on behalf of the planning committee of the 18th International Conference on Grey Literature


The New York Academy of Medicine is hosting the 18th International Conference on Grey Literature (GL18) in New York City on Monday and Tuesday, November 28 and 29, 2016. We will be welcoming participants and researchers from across the globe. Please register here for the GL18 Conference.

We are accepting poster abstracts until November 1, 2016. Please submit your abstact here. Your research on grey literature may win you the Best Conference Poster Award!


The First Grey Literature Week (#GreyLitWeek)

During the conference we will be designating the week of Nov 28-Dec 1 as #GreyLitWeek. As part of this initiative we will be hosting workshops and sharing research and events about grey literature.

On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, we will present two workshops.

1.) Hello Islandora: Building a Digital Repository:

  • Afternoon Hands-on Demonstration of Islandora

GL18 Wikipedia Edit-a-thon
