$100 Million Donation Jumpstarts NYPL Transformation

You may have heard that the New York Public Library recently launched a massive, $1 billion expansion and “transformative plan” to vastly increase access to the library’s collections, eclectic programs, reading rooms, and online resources. This ambitious, multiyear undertaking is being initiated with a lead gift of $100 million from library trustee Stephen A. Schwarzman.
